At the outset, I would like to express my gratitude to the political leadership of the state, headed by His Excellency Mr. President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, for his valuable trust in appointing me as the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of University Hospitals in Benha, as per Decree No. (210) issued on 1/8/2021.

Tomorrow is a word that diligent individuals understand, and we at Benha University and the Faculty of Medicine strive to elevate the university to a prestigious position among global universities, dedicating our utmost efforts to achieve this through the system of values and principles upon which the university is founded.

Since its inception, the Faculty of Medicine in Benha, represented by "Benha University Hospital," has pursued a path of providing exceptional community service that benefits all of Kalyobiya Governorate and neighboring areas. The Faculty of Medicine works diligently, through its faculty members and staff, to produce distinguished graduates capable of competing internationally, raising the status of Benha University to always be at the forefront of classified universities, not only in the Arab Republic of Egypt but also globally.

Continuing this journey, we strive to achieve the dream of establishing a new specialized hospital that will represent a qualitative leap in the level of medical services provided by the Faculty of Medicine to serve the people of Kalyobiya Governorate and its surroundings.

Believing in the state's commitment to our students, who are the focus of our attention at Benha University and the Faculty of Medicine; we extend our full support to them as they are the future doctors, leaders, and hope of tomorrow. Therefore, I take this opportunity to emphasize the importance of continuous and effective collaboration with my esteemed colleagues, faculty members, and to exert efforts to enhance the educational, medical, and therapeutic services for our students.

I invite all staff members of the faculty to cooperate and exert their utmost efforts to elevate the Faculty of Medicine and Benha University together, so that we may all stand united to achieve the desired aspirations in accordance with the vision and mission of both the university and the faculty.

In conclusion, I can only extend my thanks to all my colleagues among the faculty members, staff, and our students. I pray to God to maintain the bonds of friendship, cooperation, and to achieve further success and progress for our beloved Egypt.
