• Developing the Faculty role to create attractive educational environment and preparing efficient physicians according to the comprehensive quality criterion by applying the following steps:
    • Developing and updating all programs and courses at the Faculty to match with the modern medical requirements;
    • Providing and developing the required infrastructure for educational process to provide the best conditions for students;
    • Continuing work on completing imperfection points at educational and administrative charts to achieve better rates of performance;
    • Developing abilities and skills of the Faculty members' staff and administrative structure by using the scientific modern technology of administration;
    • Providing and supporting students' activities at the Faculty by introducing the required financial support for doing it;
    • Updating and developing the applied systems and techniques of assessment at the Faculty to match with modern trends at medicine and teaching
  • Updating and developing scientific research and Postgraduate systems to make the Faculty distinguished at scientific research on the local, regional and global level by applying the following steps:
    • To set down a plan of scientific research at the Faculty, the plan should be made by all departments and specialties at the Faculty from one hand, and other local and regional organizations on the other hand;
    • Updating regulation of Postgraduate stage at the Faculty to match with developed and modern techniques of teaching;
    • Encouraging international publishing of researches of the Faculty members' staff;
    • Identifying the financial resources of scientific research at the Faculty and to work on finding other financial resources.
  • Activating the Faculty role and its participation at continuous development of Community and Environment by applying the following step;
    • Setting down a plan for achieving continuous development of external sectors which relate to the Faculty
